National Shooting Championship Juniors 2026 Concludes
The National Shooting Championship Juniors 2026, organized jointly by the Azerbaijan Shooting Federation and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, has successfully concluded. Held at the Baku Shooting Center, the competition brought together young shooters representing various sports organizations across the country.
From 2 to 6 June, athletes competed in 10m Air Pistol, 10m Air Rifle, 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team, 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team, and 25m Sport Pistol events. The competitions were held across the U16, U18, and U21 age categories.
The National Championship played an important role in evaluating the preparation level of young athletes, identifying promising shooters, and strengthening the potential reserve for the national team. Throughout the competition, participants demonstrated high accuracy, technical skills, and strong competitive spirit.
The Azerbaijan Shooting Federation congratulates all athletes, coaches, and delegations who took part in the competition, and wishes the winners and medalists continued success in future events.
